The first individual exhibition dedicated to the the extravagant figure of legendary fashion icon Diana Vreeland is starting on the 10th of March, 2012 at the Palazzo Fortuni in Venice. The famous muse, fashion editor of Harper's Bazaar, Editor-in-Chief of Vogue and special consultant of the Costume Institute and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, has been among the most inspiring personalities in the history of fashion with a nonpareil and recognizable style. The exhibition is hosting a large number of Diana's wardrobe pieces including iconic creations from Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Christobal Balenciaga, Emilio Pucci, Missoni, Elsa Schiaparelli and more.

The exhibition will last by the 25th of June, 2012

With the showcase of the Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci collection for next winter, the front row was full of the designer's loyal attendees, with Marina Abramovic, Kanye West and Laetitia Casta among them. Alicia Keys gave a surprising performance during the House's after-show party honoring Tisci's latest collection.

Hahn Bin

"The world's a circus. Own your inner clown!" That's Korean-American Hahn Bin's motto, an artist who is not afraid to express his talents and odd personality through the deepest venues of music. Considered as one of the best violonists in the world, Bin performs the most spectacular and revolutionary music shows blending music, art and fashion. He made his international music debut at the age of 12 at the Grammy Awards in 2000 and since then he has become one of the leading classical music personas worldwide. Deeply inspired by Maria Callas, Pedro Almodovar and Liza Minelli, Bin has built a dinstictive, unique and really special style. He presents his "Till Down Sunday" show on February 19th at the Royal Albert Hall.

The legendary story of Leigh Bowery (1961-1994), one of the most influential personas of the 20th century, is hosted by Camera 16 Contemporary Art in Milan. Through the images of the internationally famous photographers Fergus Greer and Johnny Rozsa, the life of  this avant-garde artist, performer and fashion designer becomes alive again, bringing up memories of the glamorous 80’s era and his protest against standardization and conservatism. Bowery’s unique transgender style and artistic concepts are among the most recognizable with a great impact on the visuality of fashion and has influenced the work of many people like Lucian Freud, Boy George, Anthony & The Johnson and David LaChapelle.

The exhibition will last from the 9^th of February to the 31^st of March

Acne Boutique Opening in Paris

Acne opened the doors of its second boutique in Paris hosting a glamorous party attended by several great personalities from the worlds of art, fashion and cinema. Located at 3 Rue Foissart, in a former garage, the new boutique is a spectacular architectural phenomenon where Scandinavian industrial style meets Parisian chic.Rough concrete walls are combined with blue flexi glass and natural coloured carpets, while blood-red ceilings are punctuatedby LED strip lighting. The contemporary space is completed with the marble female-form statue by artist Daniel Silver. Simple and extraordinary at the same time.
